Chiquita Dent is a seasoned growth strategy executive with nearly two decades of experience building high-value partnerships across Fortune 500 companies, national agencies, nonprofit advancement offices, and C-suite leadership circles.
At AT&T, she led enterprise growth and portfolio management for the $350 million AT&T-Citibank co-brand credit card partnership, serving approximately 10 million cardmembers. She owned a $40 million P&L, chaired the joint steering committee, and served as the primary liaison for regulatory, legal, and compliance governance over more than a decade. At M Booth, and previously as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, she advised CMOs and senior executives across the CPG, financial services, lifestyle, and nonprofit sectors, leading go-to-market and growth transformation initiatives that translated complex business challenges into scalable marketing systems.
As a volunteer advancement leader with Woodward Academy, Dent designed and led a multicultural giving campaign that grew parent donor participation from 3 percent to 68 percent over eight years and helped secure a $5 million naming gift for the athletic field redesign.
She also coaches senior executives through The Next CMO, an AI-forward executive coaching program. Dent holds an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University and a BS in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
